CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service price. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. A 50% fee of the scheduled service will apply. • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service total on the day of your appointment. By booking, you agree to these policies.
